Monroe Hardwood Flooring delivers wood to your space 7-10 days before install, lets it adjust, then installs when the moisture content is stable. The same approach applies to subfloor prep—cement board over plywood for tile, self-leveling compound over concrete for LVP, flatness checks within 3/16 inch over 10 feet. Prep work takes longer but the floor performs. The business covers Monroe County and surrounding areas within a 75-mile radius. Lead times depend on product availability—stock items from the warehouse go same-week, special orders take 1-3 weeks, custom or exotic species run 4-6 weeks.
